- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Have a horrible experience with this location. They have Incompitent employees that do not know what they are doing at the Logansport location. As an H&R block customer I wanted to give them a try. Biggest mistake I have ever done in my life. Filed a complaint with customer care and received a call from a manager. She than escalated it to the owner, which I received a call from. The owner had no solution to the problem. A complete idiot that didn't really care. She got her money from me and ran with it. I do not recommend anyone to file their taxes with the Logansport Indiana location. The one located behind Little Ceasars.
